The Season of Judgment

It's that time of the year when everyone of us will be judged for the work that we have been doing in the last one year. Be it an LKG kid or the CEO of a multinational company, this is the month when our work is weighed and judged and we are scaled by our performances. It is absolutely fine if you feel your misjudged by someone. It is ok for an LKG kid if he/she cannot recite a rhyme at the end of the academic year, and it is equally fine if a manager doesn't meet few of his goals and objectives in  a year. If you fail miserably this year it doesn’t mean you have failed your life. Every one of us were born to fulfill higher objectives by God, than what your mark sheets or appraisals at work talk about. The purpose in life is to live true to yourself and to the work that you are destined to do everything else will fall in place, as the saying goes "if you want something the world conspires in helping you achieve it". Do not base your life's objectives with that of the work or school, flunking in a year or being chucked out of a company is not the end of life. In fact such failures give you better experiences and opportunities for you to learn from every miserable decisions that led to such failures. To every little kid who has faced annual exams for the first time, to every anxious adolescent who has faced your board's for the first time, to every fellow companion who are facing appraisals at work, never let anyone judge you in life, always YOU be your own manager and keep appraising you for a better YOU.
