STANDSTILLL

Everybody has a phase in their life when they feel a standstill. It is that part during which everything seems to be happening against your wish or will however you put it. It could probably be the transition stage, a transition from being an Adolescent to a grown up, or from being young to becoming old, It could be a transition from illiterate to a literate, poor to rich, or rich to poor. From all the above examples only the last one has a backward reaction everything else is only change from worse to better or better to best. From all these transitions you always lose certain things or gain certain things, don’t keep whining about the things you lost, instead rejoice in the things you gained.
One day we feel we have everything in life because of some petty thing, and the very next day we feel end of life when we lose that same petty thing. This happens because we as humans always place importance for other lives or things rather than our own life, by this I don’t mean to say, be an egoist or a self-centered person, but live your life for your sake and not for others. You can sacrifice certain things for others but not your life.
Another reason for feeling a standstill is when we don’t get what we want or when people don’t realize who we are; by this I mean when your talent is put down or not noticed when it has to be. If people don’t realize your talents you are not the one to worry, and you are not losing anything, it is they who are losing a talented person so keep moving in life till you find the right place where you are appreciated.
Never ever change yourself for others, always be yourself because if you start changing yourself for others you have to keep doing it so often, people and relationships are dynamic in your life the only thing which is static is you and your life.
I think when we realize all the above in our life, we will never feel a stand-still phase.
“You drown not by falling into a river, but by staying submerged in it.”-Paulo Coelho.
