Howling success

The picture says it all!! The colours, my little rabbit has brought into my life!!
Ten months of anxiety and nine hours of labor!! You made me unconcious with your little cry!! That's all I knew when I was in ICU!!
First month I never knew how to carry you!!
Second month I dint know how to feed you!!
Third month I still had difficulty in feeding you, but you somehow managed to adjust with this new lady and you started recoginizing I was your mom!!
Fourth month you took me by surprise when you rolled over for the first time!! By now you also knew how to smile.
Fifth month sleepless nights began to dawn, late night feedings made our bond strong!!
Sixth month you learnt to crawl and for your  half birthday you were dressed like a doll!!
Seventh month was the first time you ate food and you were a pro at it, "Go bananas" was an idiom that you took too seriously!!
Eight month you first hit the sea to see sunset and thus you became a part of our regular outings!!
Nine months you managed to stand holding on to me and to hear you utter "Amma" was a bliss!!
Ten months you started to own your first set of friends and you also learnt how to make a mess with your toys!!
Eleven months was the hardest phase for me to leave you and join work, but you so confidently said bye and assured me our bonding and love will only grow stronger no matter what this world throws upon us!!
One year I have unlearnt what this adulthood has thaught me and from your childish charm I have learnt to smile and be happy and to keep learning from every small thing in this world!!

Eternal bonding

Marriage is not just uniting two people for the benefits that the society acquires, but it is an amalgamation of two beautiful families that become one. It's not two people living happily ever after but everybody who has been a part of these two people's life also find new fruits in thier relationship. It's not just a seed sprouting into a plant but two big banyan trees trying to form a common root and thus forming a new tree. Three years into this journey called marriage I did discover beautiful relationships in the name of in- laws, sister in a sister-in-law, brother in a brother-in-law, and beautiful budding flowers who readily accepted me into thier family tree. But of all, this journey has made me feel motherhood a blissful feel forever in my life. If someone asks should you keep celebrating anniversary every year, I would say not every year, but every second that I live I will cherish every little thing that this marriage of two hearts has given me.

Smile

And for everything that this world wants to give you, always give back a smile. Even at an age when the world's most expensive cosmetics cannot give you beauty it's this smile, that brings out the beauty of your heart. It could be your boss who is driving your brain crazy at work, nevermind just give back a smile, because your heart deserves a smile through this hardship. It could be a relationship that is all of a sudden tumbling down the castle, nevermind just give back a smile your heart deserves it. It could be your own children who have outgrown your comfortable shoulder and has no time for you, nevermind just sit back and have a smile because your heart deserves it. It could be your most trustworthy friend who is just a mere observer of you on your social sites now, nevermind just give back a smile because your heart deserves it. It could be your better half in life who has all of a sudden forgotten the beauty in you as days pass by, nevermind just sit back and put up a smile because your heart deserves it. It could be that you are just one mark short  of being a state topper, nevermind just put up a smile for all the hard work that your heart has gone through. It could be your newborrn toddler who is making you sleep deprived, just put up a smile because your heart deserves it, after all that you went through to bring another small version of you into this beautiful space called world. There could be umpteen number of such reasons for you to feel that life is giving you the worst of it's tastes. yes I am sure everyone of us have crossed through these phases and will surely cross these phases in future, if at all you do so just remember to put up a genuine smile in your face, because it tells your heart that it is stronger than it thinks and whatever it is going through right now is only a phase in life, a lesson to be learnt. And remember a strong heart will always be reflected through the smile that you are going to show to the world. Never let anyone or any situation to steel your smile.

மலரின் மடல்

இதழானது, என் குழந்தையடி நீ என கூறியபோது, 
உன்னை  ஒரு தாயாகவே  உணர்ந்தேன் !!
அவ்விதழானது,  என் உயிர் மூச்சடி நீ என கூறியபோது,
உன்னை என் உயிரினும் மேலாய்  நினைத்தேன்  !!
ஒரு கடுகளவும்  எண்ணியதில்லை,
கூறிய அவ்விதழ்கள்  மற்றொரு  மலரை 
நாடுமென!!
ஐயகோ!!!  துடி  துடித்தேன்!!
நாடிய  இதழ்களுக்கு நிநெய்ஊட்றுகிறேண் !!
இதழே!!  இதழே!!
நீ இந்த உளகில் எத்தணை மலரை நாடிணாலும்!!
உனக்கான மலர் நான்தானே !!
ஏழு பிறவி எடுப்பினும் , வாடாமல் காத்திருப்பேன்!!
உன்னை நான் மட்டும் முழுமையாய்
அடைய காத்திருப்பேன்!!

தாய்மை!!!

சோர்வடைந்த உடல்!!
காயம் அடைந்த  மனம்!!


ஓய்வற்ற நாட்கள்!!
உறக்கம்  அற்ற  இரவுகள்!!

ஏமாற்றம் தரும் உறவுகள் !!
துளைந்து போன நட்புகள்!!


இவை அனைத்திற்கும்  இடையே  நான் கண்ட இன்பம்  நீதானே!!
என் கணம்மா!!

உயிரை கொடுத்து  பெற்றேன்!!
மார்பை கசிந்து பசி  போக்கினேன்!!
தூக்கம் இழந்து  உறங்க  வைப்பேன்!!

இனி வாழ வேண்டுமா என  இதயம்
என்னும்போது!!
இனி உனக்காக மட்டும் வாழ்ந்தே தீர   வேண்டும் என நான் அறிவேன்!!
என் கண்மணி!!

இனி முப்பொழுதும்  என்  இதைய துடிப்பு  உனக்கே  உரியது!!

எத்துனை  ஏமாற்றங்கள்  இனி சந்திக்க
நேர்ந்தாலும் !!
ஒருபொழுதும் எனக்கு  ஏமாற்றம் தராத  உறவுகள்!!
என்னை  பெற்றெடுத்தவளும்  நான் பெற்றெடுத்தவல் மட்டுமே என அறிவேன்

A day in library!!

Sitting the whole day in library when there is no work at workplace and grab one of those Robbin sharma's books on wisdom, started gazing on the activities of the people who came into the library. This is not to hurt any technical minds who are struggling to reach the epitome of this corporate world. I sure understand it's a technical workplace and people have to be equipped with technical know-how but it's so saddening to notice not one soul is bothered about the real life and actually equipping them about Life as a whole. There are people from all walks of life from fresh-bait to a delivery manager walking into the library and there is one corner of the library that is untouched by everyone. It is the corner of library that has books of great people who teach great values of life, these are books about  relationship, family, values, growing children, lifeskills. While there is the rest of the library that is filled with C,C++, Java, COBOL and name any technology we can find a book on it. The entire crowd that gets into the library is by default pushed into this space like a swarm of flies wanting to grab these technical Bible's and dump them into thier brains for reason I'm sure they don't know themselves.On the other side I see a bunch of tuggles(just like muggles in Harry Potter, I named tuggles for technical people) sitting and mugging a set of technical questions so as to go and vomit it to score high marks for their next appraisal. This pattern has been a habit that has developed in all of us to read and spout in exams right from the days when we learned ABCD. Reading and equipping technical knowledge is not a crime, but it is disheartening to see that people do it without knowing what it would give them in life, whilst the great minds, and values needed for a life are sitting untouched in the shelves.
